1976
Our Beginnings
BECKS, originally Peter W Beck, was founded in 1976 by Peter and Ann Beck, who started the business with $6,000 and a huge amount of passion for the jewellery industry.
1979
Early Years
In the first three years of the business, Peter concentrated on supplying fabricated Precious Metal and a few tools to manufacturing jewellers in Adelaide.
1970s
Quality Wedding Rings
In the late 70’s Peter realised there was a gap in the market for quality made Wedding Rings, one which he believed he could fill by listening to his customers needs and working through the best way to satisfy them.
2024
The BECKS Legacy
Fast forward to 2024 and the legacy of Peter and Ann Beck lives on. After the passing of Peter and Ann in 2022 Peter W Beck rebranded to BECKS and it remains a family owned business and leader in the jewellery industry.
